Terms of service
Subscription
One subscription per Cenya installation, billed annually or monthly. The plans are Starter, Business, MSP priced per client company, and Enterprise. Starter and Business cover one company. Limits on sites, devices and users depend on the plan.
Trial
The trial lasts 30 days with the Business limits and needs no card. When it ends without a plan, the installation stays readable and exportable in read-only mode until a plan is chosen. Data is never deleted.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time and it stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Non-payment
On non-payment the installation becomes read-only. Data is never deleted or locked, and export to CSV is always available.
Homelab
Homelab is a free license for personal, non-commercial use on the licensee's own equipment, limited to 10 devices and one user. It may not be used inside a company, for clients, or for any paid work. Support is community only and the license comes with no warranty. A Homelab license used commercially may be revoked.
License
The server software is proprietary, installed and run by the customer. It may not be redistributed, resold or offered as a service to third parties. The agent is published under Apache 2.0.
Support
Starter: email, within 2 business days. Business: email, next business day. MSP: priority email, same business day. Enterprise: SLA agreed in the contract.
Warranty and liability
No warranty beyond what the law requires. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months.
