Data we collect
Only what the access request form asks: name, work email, company, role, device range, plan interest, optional message and the timestamp of your consent. Nothing else is collected on this website.

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form (GDPR article 6.1.a).
Retention
Until the end of the beta plus 12 months, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
Processors
The hosting and database provider of this website, which also keeps the technical logs described below. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies, logs and statistics
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. The browser's local storage only remembers your language and theme. The hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and aggregated visit statistics to operate and secure the service.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, by writing to hello@cenya.app. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
The Cenya product
Cenya is self-hosted. The customer installs and runs it on their own server, so the customer is the controller of their own inventory data. Cenya does not process it and never receives it.
